Cancellation Policy (effective 8/1/2017) 
 

If you registered for the COMPLETE COURSE:  Cancellation of full course at least 30 days prior to the start of Part 1A is subject to a $200 cancellation fee ($2799 refund). Cancellation with less than 30 days’ notice prior to the start of Part 1A will result in loss of 50% of the registration fee ($1499.50). 

Cancellation of Level 2 (after you have attended Level 1) - the full price for Level 1 ($1599) will be deducted from your discounted fee paid for the complete course ($2999), and with at least 30 days’ notice prior to the start of Part 2A there will be a $200 cancellation fee ($1200 refund). Cancellation with less than 30 days prior to the start of Part 2A will result in loss of 50% of the Part 2A portion of the registration fee paid ($700 refund).  

If you registered for Level 1 Only (Part 1A/1B) - cancellation at least 30 days prior to the start of Part 1A is subject to a $200 cancellation fee ($1399 refund).  Cancellation with less than 30 days prior to the start of Part 1A will result in loss of 50% of the fee ($799.50).  No refunds will be given if you cancel within 7 days of the start of Part 1A.  No refunds will be given if you attend Part 1A and cancel or do not attend Part 1B.  

If you registered for Level 2 Only (Part 2A/2B) - cancellation with at least 30 days prior to the start of Part 2A is subject to a $200 cancellation fee ($1399 refund).  Cancellation with less than 30 days prior to the start of Part 2A will result in loss of 50% of the fee ($799.50).  No refunds will be given if you cancel within 7 days of the start of Part 2A.  No refunds will be given if you attend Part 2A and cancel or do not attend Part 2B.

Master’s Class:  All cancellations must be received in writing to info@fascialmanipulationworkshops.com.  If cancelling prior to September 15, 2017, a full refund will be issued, less a $50 administrative fee.  If cancelling after September 15, 2017, a 50% refund will be issued.  There will be no refunds for cancellations received after October 15, 2017.
